An automated label such as “Supports” or “Contradicts” is a prioritization signal based on retrieved text, not a substitute for reading the publication, evaluating methodology, extracting outcomes, assessing risk of bias, or applying a validated evidence-grading framework.
Not automatically a systematic review
A search run in Evidentia is not, by itself, a systematic review, scoping review, meta-analysis, guideline, or regulatory evidence assessment. Formal reviews may require protocol registration, multiple databases, validated search strategies, duplicate screening, full-text review, risk-of-bias assessment, reproducible extraction, statistical methods, and other procedures not guaranteed by the service.
Source limitations
PubMed and other indexed sources do not contain every relevant study, and not every PubMed record includes a complete abstract or free full text. Retrieval can be affected by search wording, indexing, availability, rate limits, publication date, and external-service interruptions.
